Welcome to your own private Disney Vacation Home! Come and stay in a cozy beautifully decorated home that is also perfectly situated near all major attractions like Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Volcano Bay and many more. As you walk in through the house you will emerge yourself in a modern farm style decor with beautiful touches and details. We spent countless hours making this house a perfect vacation home for you or your group. We included all essential amenities such as towels, bedsheets, pillows, soaps and many other essentials to help make your stay a great stay. The home is furnished with two master bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. This means both rooms have their own private bathrooms for added privacy and comfort for the guests traveling with you. The King-size bedroom has it's own 40" Alexa TV. The home has a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Also, we have a kid's suite with two single beds and is equipped with a 32" TV and a mini crib that is sturdy and has a very firm and comfortable mattress for the babies in the family! The baby bed can be easily moved to another room if you want to be close to your baby. The pool area is open and faces south which means more sunny hours during the day and more fun for your family. We also included some pool toys for your younger guests to enjoy. Please read our FAQ section below. Activities for the kids: We have a fussball table that converts into air hokey. Also there are board games pool toys and other kids toys. The community also has a playground that you can enjoy. Please read carefully our policies and FAQ. We would like to provide an excellent time and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have more questions. Our guest can access the pool and patio and all areas of the house such as bedrooms and bathrooms. You can also park your vehicle in front of the property. However, only vehicles of registered guests are allowed on the property. You can use the washer and dryer as well located in the garage area. No parking inside garage as we have games for children and want to keep a safe clean area for them. We are glad you asked about our neighborhood. This home is perfectly located in a small but beautiful tourist town called Davenport. Here is a list of the local food and entertainment areas and the driving distance. Attractions: 10 miles from Walt Disney World - Animal Kingdom (20-25 minutes drive) 14 miles to Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom (20-25 Minutes drive) 17 miles to Seaworld (25-30 minutes drive) 28 miles from Legoland (45 - 50 minutes drive) 21.7 miles to Universal Studios (28-35 minutes drive) Shopping 8 miles or 15 minutes drive: JCPenney Ross Home Goods Bealls Outlet Burlington Coat Factory Best Buy Starbucks Target - Starbucks Movie Theater Bookstore Food (2.5 miles) Publix Wawa Gas station Dunkin' Donuts Tropical Smoothie Cafe Nail salons Dance Station dance studio Papa John's Pizza Gym - Anytime Fitness There is no nearby bus or public transportation. However, the Sunrail is 8 miles away and it travels to many main areas. Check out their website for more information. Uber and Lift are very popular in this area. You can access them by downloading their apps. FAQ Do you have a grill? Yes, Charcoal How can I enjoy your pool heater? How much is it? We can turn the pool heater on at your request. We set the pool heater to 85 degrees. *POOL HEATER COST: $15 a day at 85 degrees. After you make the reservation if you want the pool heater on, we will request the extra fee through Airbnb methods. We also ask that our clients don' t change any of the settings in the pool heater. If you need assistance we are a phone call away. *Pool Heater goes on from 10 am - 6:00 pm. Wind, rain, and weather factors may slow down the pool heater. Pool heat may not reach 85 at all times during winter, Please be patient. During the summer we don't turn it on as the pool gets warm up by the sun constantly. We have enjoyed this pool ourselves during this time and noted it's very nice and warm. It can get to 110 degrees Fahrenheit in FL, trust me you don't want that heater to be on. You will love the pool just like that! However, we would take special requests into consideration. POOL area: the pool area faces other homes. The community is 80% vacation home and 20%, residential. This is a resort. EXTRA GUESTS: We have a strong policy for extra guests. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people in the beds and 1 infant in a crib. No extra guests are permitted in the home. There will be an extra $20 charge per unauthorized guest per day. 11 guest including the infant is the max occupancy we will accommodate. No unauthorized visitors either, if you have a visitor for the day there will be a $10 fee per guest if they are there for more than 2 hours. PARKING: Parking in the community is very limited to guests with multiple cars. The streets are a bit narrow for parking in the street. Two cars can fit comfortably in the Properties’ driveway. Also, drive carefully around for this same reason. Where are your Surveillance Cameras? They are located only in the front door and one facing the outdoor entrance in the pool area. Security cameras are in place for the following reasons: - Avoid rental misuse (parties) - Added security We will never use the cameras to spy on you, to listen to your conversation or to intrude on your vacation. We respect your privacy and honestly don’t have that much time to be on the cameras like that. We monitor them when we believe there is something suspicious going on. Maintainance and Repairs: Please understand that things in the house may malfunction at times. We take the most reasonable steps to prevent this to happen but we service things that need to be repaired immediately. Should something malfunction or break during your stay, you must report it immediately and we will come and fix it as promptly as possible. In addition, pool equipment, AC unit, Garbage disposals, and other operating devices in the house may be subject to a weekly or monthly inspection and servicing. Pool gets maintained weekly on Fridays.
